BASIC RULES

  • HEAD TO HEAD DOUBLE ELIMINATION
  • 6 PINS PER SHOOTER.
  • 10 RDS PER MAG
  • SHOOTER MAY HAVE (2) ADDITONAL MAGS FOR RELOAD ON TABLE. BOTH LOADED TO ONLY 10 RDS.
  • PRIZES

COMPETETION PROCESS

  • SHOOTERES CAN STAGE GEAR AND EQUIPMENT ON TABLES, OR ON BENCHES BEHIND THE FIRING LINE.
  • GUNS DO NOT COME OUT OF BAGS UNTIL THEY ARE AT THE SHOOTING TABLE AND TOLD TO DO SO. (YOU MAY LOAD MAGAZINES BEHIND THE LINE.)
  • THERE WILL BE THE SHOOTERS THAT ARE UP, AND SHOOTERS THAT ARE “ON DECK”
  • ONCE YOUR NAME HAS BEEN CALLED TO SHOOT, COME UP TO THE TABLE.
  • UNCASE/UNHOLSTER YOUR FIREARM WHEN TOLD TO DO SO.
  • GET A SIGHT PICTURE IF YOU WANT.
  • LOAD AND MAKE READY WHEN TOLD TO DO SO.
  • ASSUME A HIGH READY WHEN TOLD TO DO SO.
  • YOU WILL GET A “SHOOTER READY?”, “STANDBY”. “BUZZER”
  • FIRST SHOOTER TO KNOCK THEIR 6 PINS DOWN WINS.
  • UNLOAD AND SHOW CLEAR WHEN TOLD TO DO SO.
  • RE CASE, OR REHOLSTER WHEN TOLD TO DO SO.
  • WINNER ADVANCES, LOSER DROPS TO THE LOSER BRACKET

MALFUNCTIONS/TIES/RESHOOTS

  • IF A FIREARM HAS A MALFUNCTION, SHOOTERS WILL CLEAR IT IF THEY CAN, AND FINISH THE STAGE. ONCE THE STAGE HAS BEEN COMPLETE, A RE SHOOT WILL BE CALLED BY THE R.O.
  • IF THERE IS A SECOND MALFUNCTION BY THE SAME SHOOTER ON THE RE-SHOOT AND HE/SHE CANNOT FINISH, THEY WILL RETAIN A LOSS FOR THE STAGE.
  • IF A WINNER CANNOT BE DETERMINED A RE-SHOOT WILL BE CALLED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE R.O.
  • IF BOTH SHOOTERS DO NOT KNOCK ALL PINS DOWN IN 30 RDS, WHOEVER KNOCKED THE MOST PINS DOWN WINS.
  • IF SHOOTERS KNOCK THE SAME NUMBER OF PINS DOWN, THE FIRST TO KNOCK THEM DOWN WINS.

DISQUALIFICATIONS

  • ANY WEAPON POINTED AT ANOTHER PERSON RESULETS IN AN AUTOMATIC D.Q.
  • 3 STRIKE RULE ON FINGER ON THE TRIGGER BEFORE BUZZER. 3RD WARNING RESULTS IN D.Q.
  • ANY FIREARMS OUT OF CASE/HOLSTER BEHIND THE LINES RESULTS IN AUTOMATIC D.Q.
  • MAGS LOADED TO MORE THAN 10 RDS RESULTS IN AUTOMATIC D.Q.
  • MORE THAN 2 EXTRA MAGS ON TABLE RESULTS IN AUTOMATIC D.Q.
  • BLATANT DISREGARD TO RANGE COMMANDS OR RULES RESULTS IN AUTOMATIC D.Q.

 

 

D.Q. PROCESS

  • IF A SHOOTER IS DISQUALIFIED IN THE FIRST ROUND, THE OTHER SHOOTER GETS A BYE INTO THE SECOND ROUND.
  • AFTER THE FIRST ROUND IF A SHOOTER IS DISQUALIFIED, THE LAST SHOOTER THAT LOST TO HIM/HER TAKES THEIR SPOT IN THE BRACKET.
  • ANY D.Q. BY THE R.O. IS FINAL AND WILL NOT BE DISPUTED.
  • ALL D.Q. SHOOTERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE NEXT MATCH.

FACILITY D.Q. WILL ONLY RESULT IF SHOOTER BECOMES BELIGERANT.
