Training Cancellation
If unable to attend a scheduled training class, participants must cancel via this contact form or by phone at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. If a participant cancels less than 24 hours before a scheduled class, or they miss a class without prior notice, they will be allowed to attend a future class, subject to availability.
